Jake Aaron – Owner
Graduated from Appalachian State in 2016 and began an interest in real estate and manufactured housing. He has a diverse background in real estate brokerage, development, site selection, property management, and manufactured housing.
Jake is striving to bring some young, fresh energy to an aging industry.
Kim Lynch – Manager
She began her management career over twenty years ago, moving through restaurant, retail, and medical office management before focusing on property management over the past seven years.
Her experience in multiple fields of management lets her bring those skills to build relationships with residents, help families select the right home for them, along with handling complaints and maintenance problems.
