Bought as a development, this one is a true unicorn. There are very few mobile home parks still able to be developed, but this is one. This community is a complete 95-lot build out to be completed over the next 36-48 months. 

Currently, in phase one, new roads, water, sewer, and infrastructure are in full swing. New and used homes are being brought in on a continuing basis. We will have homes available here for the next several years.
